Dorthie has been married 44 years to her husband Mitch.  She has 3 children and 9 grandchildren.  In her church, she has served in children’s ministry and Deaf ministry.  She served in Texas public schools for 16 years.  She worked as a Deaf Ed interpreter, front office & Finance Secretary.  She graduated from Dallas College with a Degree in Art.  In her free time, she loves to read and spend time with family.
